[BLU/Officers] RPI and BLU on the Jam map for the RPi Foundation!

I noticed there's an older Raspberry Pi v3 Desktop kit that includes an
SATA daughterboard and a case to contain both the RPi and a 2.5-inch hard
drive or SSD. The Desktop kit for the Rpi4 does not include SATA.

Do you know if the same daughterboard for the Pi 3 will work on the Pi 4? A
Pi 4 would make a nice PXE install server for our InstallFests, now that it
has true gigabit ethernet, and I imagine running it off an SSD via SATA
would perform much better and be more robust and reliable than running it
off a microSD card.
