[BLU/Officers] August BLU meeting

More than 3 speakers? That won't work. The 2 I am thinking of are good for
30-45 minutes each. We could, of course, not do it...  I am just trying to
find a way to maximize pizza exposure on a week that the majority of our
usual crowd will be on vacation.
