[BLU/Officers] BLU meeting on 4th Wednesday in June instead of 3rd? Thoughts?

I haven't heard back yet from Dan Stoltz, Joe Guarino, or Federico
Lucifredi yet. I sent them emails last week asking if they could give talks
this year.
