[BLU/Officers] BLU meeting on 4th Wednesday in June instead of 3rd? Thoughts?

Works for me. My line has gone dead to Larabel. My other potential speaker
leads are equally diffident. July is best scenario if I can line up someone
else... maybe my facebook guy will be out from under embargo by then.
