[BLU/Officers] Jitsi features

Sorry, I was offline for a few days. Had to return the hotspot to the
library, then xfinitywifi from my neighbor stopped working, so I was
offline until the library released the hotspot from quarantine and I could
pick it up again.

Anyway, I just tried out jitsi's new background option, and it seems to
work fine. FWIW, I do have a green screen behind me.
