[BLU/Officers] Long term BLU

In light of the COVID-19 issues, we also need to discuss where we as a
group can go long term.
I think our hosting at Synoptek is pretty safe at $12.00/year.
I think maybe we need to protect BLU.ORG if John is no longer able to run
the group. In the same light we need to find some younger leaders. I'd like
Will maybe to take a more active role since he is the youngest of our
leadership group.
I'm sure we will be able to have in person meetings, but we may not be able
to rely on MIT.
