[BLU/Officers] Online installfest

Bill raises some interesting scenarios for a virtual installfest. I rmember
the way some companies tried to do remote installs and tech support in the
early days. Wasn't CMGI into that? Linuxcare, maybe?

If you did that, the single day install opportunity would diminish in
importance, and the necessity of a help line would increase.

You probably have a couple months to assess the in-person decision. If
things are going well for the Commonwealth, we will be in Phase 4 of the
reopening plan and a traditional event would be permissible. I doubt they
would let us do it at MIT though...
