[BLU/Officers] July agenda

We normally plan on 90 minutes for the presentation, and what you describe
adds up to twice that. I'm not sure how many of our members will want to
stick around until 10:30 pm.

How about we do half of this in July, and the other half in October? We've
already got talks scheduled for August and September.
