I missed Federico's meeting, alas.

Did the Jitsi/YouTube combination not satisfy?
I saw one positive comment on the Jitsi.
I do NOT see a capture of the livestream on YouTube; did it stream?

If we want to look commercial solutions, one should look at StreamYard as
well, that's what professional streamers are using for WFH interviews.
Streams to YouTube, Periscope, & FB Live simultaneously, and merges the
chat streams into moderator console; moderator can push a comment into
Chyron (aka "lower third") as well as pop up chyron's identifying the
speaker(s).
