[BLU/Officers] MIT key server appears to be down

Due to an attack, use of public keyservers for finding key by email address
are generally discouraged now anyway, so I'm not surprised PGP.MIT.EDU is
down, it would have been key attack surface for flooding the world with
fake certs for an email address.

Will keys.gnupg.net work for our registration?
