[BLU/Officers] MIT key server appears to be down

pgp.mit.edu does not appear to be working. When I registered my key it
returned an error on the BLU website. I went directly to the key server
website and it also could not look up my key. "The server is temporarily
unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity
problems. Please try again later".

http://keys.gnupg.net/ works fine.
