[BLU/Officers] Face to face meeting

I think we can keep Bill and Kurt in the loop. As you know, the main thing
I am concerned about is to keep the BLU alive if any of us go away. So lets
consider:
1. Some pointers of maintaining the website if john is no longer available.
2. same for the domain. John owns the domain name, but for the most part I
have been paying for it from the treasury.
3. The bank account. Currently both John and I are signatories I think.
4. Should be incorporate or do an LLC. We are so small it does not make
sense.
5. Is there a way we can become an official MIT group. Blake started the
process before he got sick.
I'm pretty flexible, and don't mind meeting south of boston. One suggestion
is to reserve a room in a library.
