[BLU/Officers] Next InstallFest

Hi, guys.

I'd like to pick a date for the next InstallFest. I'll be attending Arisia
in January and Boskone in February, so I'd like to plan the InstallFest for
after Boskone.

The proposed dates are as follows:

   * Saturday, February 22, 2020
   * Saturday, February 29, 2020
   * Saturday, March 7, 2020
   * Saturday, March 14, 2020

Are there any conflicts for any of these dates? Can you all confirm whether
you're available for each of the dates?
