[BLU/Officers] New room for BLU, Feb thru May: E51-149

E51-145 and -149 are the pair behind the large elevator at the hallway
dogleg, by the restrooms, on 1.
Thanks to a (in)conveniently positioned column, they're almost impossible
to see from the hallway!

BB-LISA used to regularly meet in 149, and I've used each for Perl.
They're smaller than the E51-315 etc but larger than the 372/376, IIRC, and
have decent A/V setup.

(BLU used them spring two years ago.)

Kurt can log in with his MIT userid and snap the E51-1xx floorplan but we
probably shouldn't share that publicly since it's blocked data.
