[BLU/Officers] New room for BLU, Feb thru May: E51-149

Hi, guys.

None of our usual meeting rooms were available for February through May, so
we were assigned E51-149 for those months. We have E51-315 for January.

I copied the directions from the page for room 145 to create the page for
room 149, but I'm not sure exactly where room 149 is, so I'm unsure if the
following paragraph is accurate:

There's an elevator at the end of the short corridor on the right. Room 149
> is one of the rooms just past this elevator.

Can someone confirm that it's accurate, or send me a better description of
where to find room 149?
