[BLU/Officers] New servers

I just made arrangements to get 2 servers for the BLU. The first is a dell
poweredge 632 1u unit. Only has 4GB memory so we need to upgrade that. That
is in my car right now. I'll initially put Centos 7 since 8 isn't quite
available. Initially I'll bring it into Marlborough and jabr can configure
it. I would like to use this as an emergency machine initially. Maybe wait
until the 2nd server is ready and make the second server the primary guy.
