[BLU/Officers] InstallFest at the Morse Library

As long as we're filling out the schedule, perhaps we should also plan the
September InstallFest at the Morse Library with Dick Miller's group.

I'm thinking September would be best for this, Saturdays in September are
7, 14, 21, and 28.

Does anyone have conflicts on any of these dates?
