[BLU/Officers] Ideas for upcoming BLU meetings?

We currently have meetings booked for May and June, and September is
reserved as usual for our annual PGP/GnuPG Keysigning.

In principle I like to have us booked for the next six months if possible,
so it would be great if we could find speakers and topics for July, August
and October.

David is looking into a possible talk on the command-line edition of
Wireshark.

Kurt was looking into a talk by the MIT IPv6 rollout team, but that seems
to have stalled with the invitees not responding.

Any other ideas?
