[Sampler] Test changes for WIND list to deal with yahoo mail

[This is the sampler test list]

Fred asks that we set WIND list settings to

1. Hide the sender of a message, replacing it with the list address to yes,
2. Set the reply-to to the poster

Made these changes to the sampler list to see what effect they have

Testing from abreauj at gmail.com.
Also someone should test it from a yahoo account
