[Sampler] Test via telnet -- verifying if Mailman is functional

[Telnet to SMTP Port]

I'm telnet'ed to localhost, port 25 on pegasus, typing the 
smtp protocol by hand. Does Mailman deliver this successfully? 
I'm making this appear to have come from "abreauj at gmail.com".
