[BLU/Officers] BLU video status

[John Abreau]

I'm working through the backlog of BLU meeting videos. December 2023
through March 2024 are done, the remaining backlog spans July through
November 2023.

I finished editing July 2023 and began the final render, which will take a
couple hours. Once that's complete, I'll upload it to youtube and begin
working on August 2023.
