[BLU/Officers] BLU meeting on 4th Wednesday in June instead of 3rd? Thoughts?

Maddog will be speaking in June, but he's asked if we can reschedule the
BLU meeting for June 23rd, as it is the 109th birthday anniversary of Alan
Turing. He can do his talk on the 16th if we don't want to change the date
of the meeting, but he'd prefer the 24th if we're amenable to it.

What are your thoughts?
