[BLU/Officers] July 21st meeting

If you think it will help, I can add a segment about microcontrollers vs 
single board computers (Arduino vs Raspberry Pi).  I teach three 
different Arduino classes (one a month) and already have some content on 
that.  If that's not really relevant enough that's fine, but the offer 
is out there.
