[BLU/Officers] July 21st meeting

It is pretty clear the word-of-mouth referral process that worked
pre-quarantine doesn't have quite the same effect now. We are going to have
to come up with some new approaches, especially considering that I don't
see us getting back into MIT for a meeting location.  Not this year
anyhow... (I could refer you to some discouraging posts from the MIT mgmt
but I'm sure this doesnt come as news to you).
