[BLU/Officers] February Meeting

Let me know if I should add him to the calendar. I'm about to connect to my
Toastmasters meeting, but I should be done by 9 PM.

If I'm to add Brian Exelbierd to the calendar, I'll need his contact info
and at least some verbiage about what he'll be presenting in his talk.
