[BLU/Officers] Webcam for peering into things

For what it is worth I invited assorted FOB (friends of BLU) to join us and
give us a lightning update at the end... charbax, Bryan Smith, Larabel...
maybe we will get an end-of-year update or 2.... who else should we get ?
