[BLU/Officers] Webcam for peering into things

Gentlemen,

I've had to travel to India to deal with an urgent personal issue -
unfortunately I won't be available during the BLU meeting as I will be
traveling domestically during that time. I apologize for the late
notice - this was a very last minute trip. I can hopefully provide the
architectural details in a future BLU meeting.
