[BLU/Officers] MIT just cancelled all classes

While MIT has mostly left of the definition of a "large group" to the
reader, Harvard clearly believes it to be 25 people. If the students do not
return to campus this semester it will be progressively hard to justify
in-person meetings at MIT, regardless of the actual infection rates. Do we
have another location? Akamai?
