[BLU/Officers] Online for August meeting.

No, it wasn't one of the options we looked at. It worked well for the
Boskone trial run a couple days ago, although the panels were held in Zoom
Meet sessions, not Discord.

My understanding is that if we wanted to use Discord for BLU meetings, we
would have to run our own server. Is that correct?

Jitsi has worked well for a couple of meetings, although I'm disappointed
that there appears to be no option to save the chat text.
