[BLU/Officers] Online for August meeting.

Yes, the BLU meeting is on 8/19.

We're running the BLU meeting in Jitsi, and we cannot run BigBlueButton
within Jitsi; we have to run BigBlueButton instead of Jitsi. That's why I
figured it makes sense to do the test on a different day, after the
meeting.
