[BLU/Officers] Online for August meeting.

I've heard about BigBlueButton from the GNHLUG list, and it sounds like it
would be useful to try it out so we can compare it to Jitsi.

We're still committed to using Jitsi for August, of course.

Can we plan an evening after the upcoming BLU meeting to give BigBlueButton
a try? Perhaps Friday, August 21, or sometime the following week? What
evening is good for everyone's schedule?

It shouldn't take more than 20 minutes or so.
