[BLU/Officers] Scheduling for 2020 BLU meetings

I submitted the room requests for the 2020 BLU monthly meetings, and when
they forwarded the requests to MIT Scheduling, they mentioned in their
reply that there may be problems with May 20 and December 16, because MIT
has exams those weeks.

Any thoughts on contingency plans in the event that we can't get a room for
one or both of those dates? Try to find an alternate venue, or just cancel
the meeting if we can't book a room at MIT?
