[BLU/Officers] Next InstallFest

We need to schedule the next InstallFest. Are there any conflicts for the
following dates?

   * Saturday, December 7, 2019
   * Saturday, December 14, 2019

   * Saturday, January 4, 2020
   * Saturday, January 11, 2020
   * Saturday, January 18, 2020

December maybe cutting it a bit close. I have a conflict on January 25, so
I left that off the list.

January 4 would be my first choice, and January 11 my second choice.

What are your thoughts?
