[BLU/Officers] Topics for upcoming BLU meetings

Sure, we can do that. If you don't have a speaker lined up for a
particular month, you can pencil me in.
I have been doing a fair bit of work-related travel in the past few
months, I'm hoping I can avoid traveling the week of the Oct BLU meeting.
