[BLU/Officers] Topics for upcoming BLU meetings

Hi Jabr,

I can shoot for the Oct 16 meeting. I have a couple of ideas for the topics:
1. Q&A about how modern processors and PC platform in general work: I 
can send out an email ahead of time to the discuss list asking for 
questions and I can prepare some slides based on the response. I can 
also answer questions live during the meeting
2. Things about memory every programmer should know - details about DRAM 
architecture, cache coherence and memory consistency models

I can also talk very briefly about the latest generation of Ryzen products.

Let me know if you have a preference for the topic.
