One RPi4 demo I'm planning for August is a "Weather Kiosk" - and will
incorporate some of Bill's clever "cut out the middleman" resources,

This should be a nice demo to showcase the dual HDMI ability of the RPI4
and also the "networked" nature of the board. I should be able to plop a
sensor or two on it to give a "local" update, and a way to share that info
with other other like-minded networked devices.

It's real-world, so people can relate (to the shortcomings as well as
benefits).
