[BLU/Officers] New room for BLU, Feb thru May: E51-149

[Bill Ricker]

Here's the map on the Elevator, showing where E51 145, 149, and 151 (in the
literal corner) are tucked in the corner behind the restrooms and large
elevator.
(151 is the one with the "wide" layout like 376.)
