[BLU/Officers] Artisans Asylum

When yuo make up the flyer, don't use the BLU logo from the website, as it
will be horribly pixilated.

I've attached the SVG master copy of the BLU logo. which will look far
better. It's dated Dec 2017 because that's when I last edited it, to give
it a transparent background.
