[BLU/Officers] Artisans Asylum

I'm not against doing it at AA.  It doesn't make a lot of sense to me 
but if we simply want to try an experiment and see if we get a different 
audience, I'm fine with that.  I don't see how we can make much money 
there though, if that's the goal.
