[BLU/Officers] Installfest summary

I like the idea of doing it in conjuction with the swapfest, but the long
walk from parking to the room is personally a showstopper for me. If I can
be dropped off at the entrance to the building so I don't have to schlep
all my equipment back and forth to the parking location, then that would
solve that issue.

Doing it the following weekend at E51 would also solve that issue.

I see the next swapfest is scheduled for Sunday, August 18. Given your
"ghost town" remark, I'm not sure it would be worth trying to get the room
in E51 for Saturday, August 24. Should I give it a try?

I don't see anything on the swapfest url about when the next one after
August will be. Is August 18 the last one they're doing in 2019?
