[BLU/Officers] Artisans Asylum

Perhaps it would make more sense to see if we can schedule E51-061 for
September, and decline the Asylum's offer?

Worse parking and abysmal MBTA access are enough to worry about reduced
attendance, and if we have to pay them on top of that in order to make use
of a subpar location, it makes things even worse.

If it turns out nobody shows up at all, or nobody donates anything, will
they expect us to pay a fee regardless?
