[BLU/Officers] Meeting time

E-51 still is better for us IMHO.
1. It is close to the Kendall-MIT station
2. The classrooms are decent.
3. Even though the parking lot is restricted, other parking options are
relatively close. Also, even if we can't park in the lot, we can easily
drop off equipment in front, where we can't at other classrooms.
