Hi, I live in Ipswich, MA (close to Georgetown). I have a newer Mac laptop,
but unfortunately, it doesn't have a camera. If someone could help with
that, then maybe I could do something.
I do have a digital camera and can send some pictures (and video) by email,
but not 'live'. 
Also, perhaps you could talk to Alex @ MacConsultations . com
I don't know him personally, but he's based in Gloucester and, of course,
works with Macs, and probably has the latest+greatest Mac tech and could
definately help or know of someone that could.

Have you looked into Hospice services? my wife has dealt with North Shore
Hospice in Danvers, but she said 'Merrimac Valley Hospice' would be a better
choice for Georgetown.
