i have used mutt for some time as a mail reader, but now
would like to configure it to send mail.  i have postfix
installed.  i need to know how to find the right
configuration file/variables to enter the relay address,
my user name, and password.  i've fumbled through the
man pages for mutt, postfix, and sendmail and have not
located the magic entries.  any help gratefully accepted.
