I was thinking the same thing.  It prompted me to go looking for some
sort of industry standard definitions of the different levels of
sysadmin, but I couldn't quickly find anything.  But this sounds
mid- to senior-level slot to me...  Junior admins don't generally do
performance tuning.  They rack servers and do account maintenance.
