Does it respond to the semi-standard --geometry switch?  Something
like:

  $ mythfrontend --geometry 1024x768+0+0

The +0+0 part should specify that it start in the top left corner at
the specified resolution...

Actually I just did a quick search, and it appears that this should
work. =8^)
