new facts!!!!

  ssh -v moylan.info
      (account on telesto, works fine, shows ip add 216.46..192.96)
  ssh 216.46.192.96
      (gets me to telesto)
  ssh -v telesto.affordablehost.com
      (hangs, but shows ip add 96.192.46.216)

who the hell's making this reversal?
