   Go to http://rpm.livna.org and follow the instructions for adding
fedora.us and livna.org to your favorite update tool (yum, apt,
up2date, etc).  Once you have it set up I'd recommend something like
(using up2date, for example):

# up2date xine

   That will install xine and any dependencies.  You might want to
poke around on livna.org for other packages to install as well.
