sorry, don't really understand your question.

but when i boot from the (now) fedora disk 1, after the
boot process, a screen comes up asking if i want to do
this in english, and there's a big red OK at the bottom.
normally i tab over to the OK, but the cursor won't move
until i momentarily disconnect a/c power, and from then on
the arrow/tab keys work as expected.  odd.
