not so long ago when i was running rh7.3 on my ibm tp600e,
with an internal cdrw drive, i was able to run cdrecord
with -dev=0,0,0 and burn cdroms with no problem.

now, having upgraded to rh9.0, when i try it i get the
following error message

the internal cdrom drive mounts fine for reading (/dev/hdd).

any suggestions?
